I opened every independent Dyer business website listed on OpenStreetMap, all 10 of them, on a phone-sized screen. Here's what I found, and what I charge to fix it.
Most Dyer websites need work
Of the 10 Dyer websites that were up, three passed every check. The other seven failed at least one of the sixteen checks.

Of the 10 that were up, two were built on WordPress and two on Wix. The rest use something I don't recognize or were written by hand.
